The floor shown below was used as the floor of an Auto Parts Store. As you can see, the concrete floor sustained 72 years of serious abuse. There was chipping, staining from oil and wear in many places.

The chips and oil stains were removed and color at worn areas was refurbished using an Acetone
based dye. The floor was then polished to 1500 grit and sealed with a Low Viscosity Penetrating
Sealer.

The restored floor now shines like new and serves the new owner, Atlantic Architectural Millwork, located at 913 Asbury Avenue, Asbury Park, New Jersey.
